Why My Sadhana?
Those who are on their spiritual journey might be familiar with the term sadhana. The Sanskrit verb “to arrive at the goal”, meaning roughly “means to completion or perfection” refers to a strict daily ego-transcending spiritual practice, including a variety of disciplines in Hindu, Buddhist and Jain traditions that are followed in order to achieve various spiritual or ritual objectives.
In Tibetan Buddhism it is litteraly a “mean of accomplishment” referring to meditative practice. So it is in Tantra.
Many of you know, that I am on this trip in order to take my time to go deep, to work with my shadows, and eventually find a deep and sustainable inner happiness, which can not be so easily be hewed down by stress and triggers that appear in daily life or in any relationship.
Well then, let’s begin!
